"Hey"
Claude doesn't know who you are or what you need. This is like saying 'hey' to a stranger — they'll say hi back, but they can't help you yet!
Good Example
"Hi Claude! I'm a student working on an essay about climate change. Can you help me understand the main causes?"
Now Claude knows: who you are (student), what you're doing (essay), and what you need (main causes). Much better!
